I think this is the first instance in the history of cartooning of an anthropomorphic Collateralized Debt Obligation. Also known as a CDO, these are the obscure securities whose failure caused the big 2008 economic crash here in America and subsequently the world. It wears a cute little trash can lid as a hat and eats pension money as if it were candy.
